Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
To process a replacement request, please email us at:
Include the following:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

Order Changes or Cancellations
